Eastbourne Turkey & Tinsel

Monday

We board our coach this morning and make our way across country to the lovely resort of Eastbourne. Our hotel has a seafront location and is a perfect base for our holiday.

Tuesday

This morning we visit the charming town of Battle which took it’s name from the famous Battle of Hastings. On then to the flourishing market town of Rye. Rye is a port town with a mix of medieval houses and cobbled streets. Browse the art galleries and collectable shops or stroll up to St Marys Church with it’s Norman tower.

We will be back in plenty of time for the evening entertainment.

Wednesday

We have an excursion today to Brighton. We can enjoy the Victorian Brighton Pier , The historic Brighton Bandstand , the Madeira lift , Brighton Museum and the Royal Pavilion.

Again back in time for Turkey & Tinsel celebrations.

Thursday

Time “at leisure” to enjoy Eastbourne today. Take a stroll along the pleasant promenade, visit the pier or some last minute Christmas shopping.

Back at the hotel this evening a New Years Eve Dinner to complete our Turkey & Tinsel Holiday.

Friday

We leave Eastbourne this morning for our homeward journey making refreshment stops en-route. We arrive home early evening.
