Grindles Coaches Ltd are excited to start welcoming you on our coaches again, and getting back to what we're good at!
Whilst the risk surrounding the current pandemic situation is still apparent, as the Government has highlighted, it is important for life to start to resemble some normality. In light of this, it is important that we follow some simple guidance to protect our staff and customers alike, as well as anybody else that we may come into contact with during the time that we provide a service.
At Grindles Coaches Ltd we are committed to reducing the risk of transmission of COVID-19 and maintaining the health of our staff and customers. Therefore, we urge you to read the relevant information below to help ensure that Government guidance is adhered to and that our increased hygiene levels and efforts to help reduce the risk of infection is not wasted.
The advice and guidance below is aimed at providing our services in means of Day Excursions. Extended advice for Holidays, Private Hire and School transport will be published soon.
We would like to reassure customers that we are 100% committed to ensuring that our coaches are safe for you to travel during this situation.
General Coronavirus Safety Notice
Coach Capacity Guidelines
All passengers are requested to wear a face covering before boarding the coach.
Each of our coaches have forward facing, high backed seats. This helps form a physical barrier between yourself and other passengers.
All passengers should try and maintain 2 metres distance between themselves and others where reasonably practicable. This applies during boarding and alighting the coach, but also whilst waiting at pick-up point or return destination.
To maintain safety for our driver and passengers, the front row, immediately behind the driver, will not be available for use.
Passengers that live together, or part of each other’s ‘support bubble’ may sit together on a double seat. Where this occurs, the seat opposite, next to the aisle must not be used and some passengers will be seated immediately behind each other.
