Day 1
Following a morning departure we make our way through the East Midlands to Peterborough where we spend 3 nights at the Marriott Hotel, set in 11 acres of grounds overlooking an ornamental lake. Leisure facilities at the hotel include a swimming pool, spa bath, sauna, steam room and gym.

Day 2
Today we travel to the Georgian town of Spalding, set beside the River Welland on the Northern edge of the Fens, situated close to the town are the popular Springfields gardens, at the heart of the British Bulb growing region, we spend most of the day here to enjoy the lovely gardens and see the many colourful floral displays created for this weekend festival.

Day 3
After breakfast we board our coach and travel through the Fens region to the historic city of Cambridge, here we have time to visit the city’s famous university colleges, museums and parks.

Day 4
This morning we leave our hotel and commence the homeward journey, we make a stop for a few hours in the lovely town of Stratford on Avon, later we continue our journey towards home, arriving during the early evening.
