General Information
In accordance with 'Package Tour Regulations 1992’ all passengers with Grindles Coaches Limited are fully protected for the initial deposit and subsequently the balance of all monies paid to us, including repatriation if required, arising from cancellation or curtailment of your travel arrangements due to the insolvency of Grindles Coaches Limited. The insurance has been arranged by Grindles Coaches through Spencer Moray Ltd and is underwritten on behalf of I.G.I. Insurance Company Limited.
Refreshment Stops
On all our tours it is our policy to make frequent stops i.e. after approximately 2 hours driving time a suitable stop will be made. Please note that due to health & safety regulations all passengers must disembark from the coach at these stops.
Luggage
We ask you to keep your luggage to a minimum i.e. one suitcase per person. Small overnight bags can be used on tours that feature overnight accommodation.
Passports/Currency
Passports are required for travel on the Continent, including Ireland. Particulars and application forms are located in all Main Post Offices. The majority of European countries including Ireland have the Euro as their currency. Exceptions currently are Switzerland (Swiss Franc), Poland (Zloty), Norway (Norwegian Krone) and Croatia (Kuna).
Deposit
A deposit is required at the time of booking accompanied by a completed booking form. The deposit required is £30.00 per person on all tours. The remaining balance of monies should reach us no later than 8 weeks prior to the departure date. PLEASE NOTE THAT DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Child reductions
These are issued on application unless otherwise stated as reductions depend on each tour and the reduction received from the Hotel.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
We strongly recommend all clients arrange travel insurance. For your protection and peace of mind we have arranged a special Holiday Insurance with TRAVELLERS PROTECTION SERVICES LTD. A sample copy can be viewed at our office. Please note premium must be paid with deposit.
