Day 1
Following an early morning departure we travel to Dover where we board the ferry for the short sea crossing to Calais on arrival we rejoin our coach and travel across France to Metz, where we spend the night at the Holiday Inn Metz Technopole.

Day 2
Today we continue through France, into Switzerland to the popular high Alpine resort of Davos, for a 5 night stay. Before dinner we enjoy a welcome drink,

Day 3
Today we have a full day at leisure. The included “Davos Card” permits free use of all local transport and we suggest a trip on the Schatzalp Mountain Railway for lunch in the panoramic restaurant followed by a visit to the Alpine Garden.

Day 4
Today we travel to Klosters, winter holiday destination for the Royal Family, and then onto Chur. This charming, historic town has cobbled streets, secret courtyards and a large cathedral. We return via Filisur and the verdant Albula Pass.

Day 5
Today we board the Bernina Express Railway and enjoy the fantastic journey through the mountains to Italy. See lakes, gorges and glaciers as well as a series of loops and tunnels that make this one of Europe’s greatest train journeys. On arrival in Tirana, Italy enjoy a little time at leisure before joining the coach and travelling back to Davos by road, with a fresh perspective on the awesome scenery en route.

Day 6
Today we have a morning to St Moritz. Elegant and chic it lies in the middle of a lake-dotted landscape and offers one of the sunniest climates in all Switzerland. We return to Davos for an afternoon at leisure.

Day 7
Today we leave Davos and travel to Metz where we spend our last night at the Holiday Inn Metz Technopole.

Day 8
Today we travel through France to Calais where we board the ferry for the return ferry crossing, on arrival in Dover we rejoin our coach and head for home arriving during the evening.
